I am in Fight Club (vcDAO) and I have been researching how to organize - as a project or subDAO. I believe we are going to proceed as a project while we continue the task of forming the organization and getting all of the pieces of governance in place. It makes sense because as with typical projects there are decisions/deliverables that can be names, measured and placed on a timeline. Once FC has the initial formation locked down, hopefully very soon, we will need guidance on how to form a subDAO linked to BanklessDAO. In response to Grendelās last post would FC be a good real case to start with? Additional discussion are needed around how the tokenomics would work as FC wants to be self-funded.
