Yes, both are very important. There are creative ways of retaining talent. For example in Marketing Dept people are incentivised to be Level 2 contributors so they can manage a campaign. Then they get access to incoming job requests and can actually earn in stables.
Earning Level 2 requires a certain amount of community participation. That doesn’t necessarily include engagement in governance or other important DAO activities.
So how do we incentivise well rounded citizenship? One possibility would be to more closely track who’s participating in what areas and reward them with certain badges / credentials / SBTs.
This is interesting. How has this gone results wise? Is it easier, is it harder, or is it the same?

Perhaps this is the underlying aspect beyond all else. Make it clear that for now, we cannot afford to “pay” at market rates, but with hard work, opportunities will arise.
Units that have a revenue stream are already able to do this. If you want paid in stables you can leverage the brand to do so and get you your stables, you just have to do something to create that value that you can exchange for stables.

I feel like overall I got a lot of good information from this temp check from a lot of people who have been around for a while.
Y year lock it’s too low, maybe we can just give more options, but maybe all of us are here for more than one year
In some respects it’s harder to get a job done because there are a limited number of capable L2s (capable meaning they have deep understanding of marketing strategy and execution)
Overall it’s a better way of working because we’re injecting trust and community alignment into the system.

Now, I noticed that the poll resulted in more yes votes, however, im a bit concerned around the legitimacy of this particular vote considering recent issues. I would say we should be okay because this is a temp check.
I also did not have the intention of going forward with a proposal either.
