I work in the renewable energy industry, and the principles of decentralisation, resilience, independence, individual and community empowerment are totally resonant.

I am the community manager for Victron Energy, and my role there is to find and fill in all the gaps of knowledge and experience that lead to bad (energy) system outcomes, in a way that can scale with exponential growth.

That also includes production of online training courses. I learn best by doing, and then teaching what I think I’ve learned.

I wrote my first essay on digital security and privacy in an age of information technology in 2002 when I was 17.

So it’s embarrassing that it has taken me until 2021 to finally have some skin the crypto game.

I get a lot of personal satisfaction when people apply themselves, using the resources available to achieve their goals. Especially when those goals are essential needs.

I think this skillset can earn me a place in the Bankless DAO, and the evolution of the crypto.
