This is a great point, and one concern we had. I actually hope this becomes an impetus for the GC to create more funding tranches per season. Right now it’s an initial disbursement followed up by a mid-season disbursement, as I’m sure you know. A third tranche and related review would actually make projects more accountable to their KPIs than under the current process.
