It’s hard to come up with correct terms sometimes.
What I mean is that sometimes having the same mindset season after season without any changes will lead to stagnation when it comes to forward progress with initiatives. There could be a sense of a new person trying desperately to apply for a role, yet being afraid to go against the incumbent. After a while the incumbent becomes a consistent shoe-in, and (depending on the person) the room for growth in the guild becomes non existent. I like what @ernest_of_gaia does, with apprentice roles. This could be a solution as bankless DAO grows.
