Are the Consensys team in this process receiving compensation from ConsenSys(like considered work hours? If so you don’t see the inequity here when BDAO members work for 1k BANK an hour. People entering for the team can’t be seen as regular members
Is the purpose of this to better inform you of the interworkings of a DAO to help build a better product? What will you do with this experience?

Suggestion
If onboarding is the goal, then fund a specialized onboarding program ( which will benefit BDAO members), we can select appropriate stewards who we can compensate for their time and projects they participate in. I think this needs to be better scope. I would also suggest a team of 10 a month.
There is an opportunity to co-learn but also to equitably compensate people for their time and knowledge, so atmo it doesn’t seem beneficial to BDAO. If someone argues the talent then we are undermining the talent we have here - were not without it just well-funded projects and perhaps leadership within them for more people to participate meaningfully.
