SUCCESS METRICS AND KPIS FOR SEASON 6
Our metrics are designed to enable growth, coordination, and idea development within the Dev Guild.
Metrics
Number of:
- Members who attend meetings, knowledge sessions, hackathons, and work on projects

BUDGET CALCULATIONS FOR SEASON 6
Seasonal Guild funding = 260,000 BANK (seasonal role hours, 4 roles x 5 hours x 13 weeks) + 13,000 BANK (Notion administrator role) + (# active members) x 10,000 BANK
Seasonal guild funding = 260,000 + 13,000 + (30 x 10,000 = 300,000) =573,000 BANK
The Dev Guild is requesting funding of 573,000 BANK.
This will compensate the Dev Guild Organizer Office, Talent Coordinator Office, Scribes, and Poap Manager.
Additionally, this will fund the knowledge sessions to upskill Dev guild talent and also bounties organized by the guild.
