[Draft 1] Season 3 Specification

Start date on Monday makes sense. I’d push back on S2 gap week because the holidays act as a gap week already. There’s a poll up to have informal CCs on the 24th and 31st and I suspect people will be out celebrating with family during those two weeks. Personally, I’m on vacation from the 21st to the 27th. poll
